What is the minimum order quantity, lead time and payment?
MOQ, lead time, payment and pricing are confirmed after your inquiry, per model and version. Send the model list and quantities on WhatsApp or by email.
Can I order with my own logo or packaging?
Tell us your requirements (logo, packaging, language). Options differ by model and are confirmed with the quotation. See OEM / ODM.
What is the difference between a 4G and a WiFi dash cam?
A WiFi dash cam connects to a phone nearby for live view, playback and downloads. A 4G dash cam has a mobile-network module, so it can be viewed remotely, show its GPS location and send collision events to the app. See 4G cloud dash cams.
Which phone app do the WiFi models use?
WiFi models connect to a free phone app for live view, playback and file download. The app for each model is confirmed with your inquiry.
Which memory cards are supported?
TF (microSD) cards. The maximum capacity differs by model and is listed in each specification table where the catalog gives it.
How many cameras can one recorder handle?

What is a USB dash cam for Android head units?
It is a small camera that plugs into the USB port of an Android car screen and records through the app on the head unit, so it needs no screen of its own. See USB dash cams.
What is the difference between AHD and CVBS reversing cameras?
AHD is an analog HD signal (720P or 1080P) for head units and monitors with AHD input. CVBS is the standard-definition analog signal. Several of our cameras can switch between AHD and CVBS; check the specification table of each model.
Is a specification missing on a product page?
Values that differ between our sources are left out until they are confirmed, rather than estimated. Ask us on WhatsApp or by email and we will send the confirmed data for the model and version you need.
Is it legal to record inside the car?
Rules for video and audio recording differ by country. Most models let you switch audio recording on or off; check local regulations for cabin and audio recording.
